Abstract/Citation: Sets forth restrictions concerning employment of children and young persons. Minimum age is set at 15 years. For industrial work, minimum age is set at 16 years. Forbids the employment of children or young persons in an underground workplace or in mines. Fixes the working hours at 36 hours per week or 7 hours and 15 minutes per day. Defines the days and the hours of rest and conditions of employment of children or young persons who take night classes. Prohibits night work for children and young persons with certain exceptions related to entertainment or education.
