Second Region

Exempts activities which vary significantly from time to time or which are necessary to ensure continuity of production from sections 11, 12 and 13 of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997, which regard daily rest, rest intervals at work, and weekly rest. Also exempts activities in relation to care of persons, media, emergency services, research, argriculture, tourism and services related to harbours and airports.
