| Abstract/Citation: | Determines types of tasks and duties in the field of vocational, social and health rehabilitation which may be delegated to non-governmental organizations and to local self-government, sets general rules and procedures of delegation of such tasks and duties, principles of determining and accounting for subsidies allocated by the National Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons to carry out such tasks and duties. Also sets rules for assessing and exercising supervision over the realisation of delegated tasks and duties. |
