Abstract/Citation: Sets forth the directives and guidelines of government employment policy for the year 1999, which include: an increase in the number of employees, increase in job opportunities in the self-employment sectors, security of employment and suppression of clandestine labour, reduction of unemployment, support for equality of opportunity and non-discrimination, and development of employment issues in international relations (European Union).
