| Abstract/Citation: | Provides for the recognition of refugees, application for refugee status, and gives effect to certain provisions of the United Nations Convention relating to the Status of Refugees, the Protocol Relating to the Status of Refugees, and the Organization of African Unity Convention governing the Specific Aspects of Refugee Problems in Africa. Establishes a Namibian Refugees Committee and the post of a Commissioner for Refugees. |
