| Abstract/Citation: | The Act incorporates twelve Chapters on the following matters: Chapter I. Compulsory insurance,contribution and insurance protection. Chapter II. Pension savings. Chapter III. Pension rights in pension funds. Chapter IV. General conditions for the operation of a pension fund. Chapter V. Operating licenses for pension funds. Chapter VI. Function and internal surveillance. Chapter VII. Investment policy of pension funds. Chapter VIII. Annual account and audit. Chapter IX. Supervision. Chapter X. Supervisor. Chapters XI and XII contain various administrative provisions. The Act repeals Act No. 27 of 1991 on the annual account and audit of pension funds, Act No. 91 of 1980 on the registration of pension fund benefit rights and Act No. 55 of 1980 on working terms and pension rights insurance. |
