Abstract/Citation
Provides for the establishment for a Human Rights Commission. Part 3 sets forth provisions regarding unfair discrimination in employment. Prohibits sexual harassment, discrimination in employment applications, and victimization of persons because of their actions on behalf of their rights under the Bill of Rights.
