Abstract/Citation: Provides for a programme for disabled unemployed people to enter into working life or to return to work. The minimum disability to participate in such a programme shall be 40 per cent. Prescribes the rights of disabled persons to rehabilitation and work and sets forth benefits and subsidies for the time of rehabilitation (a maximum of 18 months). Makes provisions for retraining disabled persons and encourages the unemployed to become entrepreneurs.
