| Abstract/Citation: | Amends Government Order No. 195 of 1997 and makes provisions regarding entitlements to private pensions and social security benefits. Amends Government Order No. 168 of 1997 and determines conditions to receive social security pension. Amends Order No. 172 of 1997 with regard to certain questions in connection with pension officers and their obligation to provide information. Supplements Order No. 217 of 1997 with regard to certain matters concerning obligatory health insurance. Supplements Order No. 202 of 1996 regarding enterpreneurs' contribution liabilities. Amends Order No. 103 of 1995 with respect to financing social insurance in the health care sector and remuneration and fees for families. |
