Abstract/Citation: Defines the status of youthful employee and gives the definition of "young employee" (under age of 18). Determines the conditions of employment of persons under 18 years of age. Stipulates that young employees may not be employed under age of 15, even if they have finished their compulsory education. These regulations shall not apply to artistic activities.
