Abstract/Citation: The title of the Law is revised to "Law respecting improvement of labour management in small and medium-sized enterprises to provide security for the workforce and to create decent jobs". Special financial assistance for small and medium-sized enterprises which have hired new workers is added to the measures to be taken by the Government.
