| Abstract/Citation: | Sets specific rules to reduce employers' contributions to the National Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons. As a general rule, such a reduction may only be granted to employers in months in which the actual employment of the disabled persons occurs and is calculated on the basis of the total amount of wages paid by the employer to the disabled employee(s). |
