| Abstract/Citation: | Establishes a privatization agency with authority to select, evaluate and prepare public enterprises for the purpose of privatization, to administer the modalities of privatization and to coordinate the activities of the concerned government offices. The authority is subordinate to the Government which has the final decision-making power with regard to privatizations. |
