Abstract/Citation: Provides for the deposit of an employee's monetary guarantee, which shall insure employers against damage or loss caused by workers who are employed as accountants, cashiers, or debt collectors, or who rent out or take care of automobiles and other property. The amount of the deposit requested by an employer may not exceed 60 times the average daily wage of an employee.
