Abstract/Citation: Establishes the procedures for disputes to be heard in industrial courts, and a Court Register to record the names of the parties of a dispute and the nature of the dispute. Makes explicit the procedures required of both parties once a dispute is registered. Makes provisions for inter alia, time extensions, witnesses and supporting documents. Includes forms for use in registration, summons, contempt proceedings and by the Registrar.
