| Abstract/Citation: | Amends ss. 3, 4, 7, 8, 11, 12 and 13 of the Act and provides for a new structure and powers of the Council assigned by the Ministers' Council. Provides also for the establishment of the Committees for Evaluation of Degrees and for the Special Appraisal Committees. Amends Part IV of the Act concerning the recognition of higher education and university degrees of public educational institutions of Cyprus. |
