Abstract/Citation: Amends provisions of the Act on Occupational Safety and Health (BGBl. 450/1994) regarding requirements for the operation of technical safety centres, occupational medicine centres, and preventive safety services. Also makes an amendment regarding the mandatory inspection schedule of workplaces by occupational safety and health experts and doctors. Adds new provisions requiring accident insurance providers to offer the services of prevention centres to enterprises with less than 50 employees. Article IV of the principal Act shall expire 31 December 1998.
