Second Region

Provides for the unlimited detention of persons upon Presidential Order. Also provides for the control of arms, requisition of property, suspension of any law other than the Constitution in relation to criminal cases, and the imposition of a curfew. Prohibits smuggling and hoarding of essential commodities. Made under s. 29 of the Constitution.
