Abstract/Citation: Implements sections of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act which provide grounds for inadmissability for certain aliens who are not innoculated against specified diseases, aliens who have been subject to certain civil penalties, alien student visa abusers, aliens present in the United States without permission, unlawful alien voters, and former U.S. citizens of the U.S. who renounced their citizenship to avoid tax obligations.
