Abstract/Citation: Adds a new Part XVIII to the Canada Occupational Safety and Health Regulations regarding diving operations. Inter alia, requires employers employing divers to maintain written procedures regarding dives and hazards, to ensure that divers are properly trained, to ensure that divers have undergone medical examinations, and to provide a dive plan, emergency assistance, specified equipment, dive site markings, and observation after diving. Also covers use of underwater explosives.
