Abstract/Citation
Amends the Department of Veterans Affairs adjudication regulations concerning compensation for diseases claimed to be the result of exposure to ionizing radiation. Implements a decision of the Secretary of Veterans Affairs which allows that prostate cancer and other cancers may be induced through ionizing radiation, thus relieving claimants of the burden of having to prove that certain cancers may have been caused by ionizing radiation.
