Abstract/Citation: Sets forth the jurisdiction of the Administrative Decisions Tribunal. Inter alia, the Tribunal shall have jurisdiction over matters related to decisions made under the Disability Services Act 1993, and the Industrial Relations Act 1996 (in relation to anti-discrimination). Also provides for matters related to tribunals abolished by the Administrative Decisions Tribunal Act.
