Abstract/Citation: Implements child care provisions of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Act 1996. Child care funds previously provided under the Social Security Act are placed under the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act. The combined funds from these previous programmes are administered by the Administration for Children and Families and have been named the Child Care and Development Fund. The Rule provides regulations for the Child Care and Development Fund. Promulgated by the Department of Health and Human Services.
