Amends numerous provisions of the Children Act (Cap. 28). Inter alia, substitutes s. 27 so as to provide for the prevention of children being taken out of the Seychelles for immoral purposes. Also inserts a new s. 70A which provides for the medical examination of children if there is reason to believe they have been assaulted or ill-treated. |
