Abstract/Citation: Provides regulations governing the Waigaoqiao Bonded Zone, a free trade zone in the municipality of Shanghai. Covers the establishment of enterprises, business rules, entry and exit controls, finances and taxes. Chapter 9 provides that enterprises in the zone shall implement a labour contract system for their employees. Wages, conditions of employment, occupational safety and health matters shall be subject to local and state law.
