Abstract/Citation: Sets rules to establish and regulate occupational pension schemes in public and private enterprises. Defines occupational pension schemes as being collective agreements concluded within the enterprise between employers and workers or with external institutions such as insurance companies or investment funds for which workers apply. Also regulates conditions of collecting and managing contributions as well as conditions of payment of benefits.
