Abstract/Citation
Provides for the rights and obligations of enterprises and the development of infrastructure in industrial zones. Chapter IV stipulates that labour relations in industrial zones shall be governed by the Labour Code (23 June 1994), and provides for the establishment of recruitment centres. Also covers investment and custom matters in relation to export processing zones and high-tech zones.
