Abstract/Citation: Establishes an occupational health service. The service aims at protecting workers against negative effects of unfavourable conditions of work in relation with the workplace as well as to conduct preventive health care for workers. The occupational health service consists of medical doctors, nurses, psychologists as well as other persons with professional qualifications necessary to fulfill multidisciplinary tasks within the service. The service shall be organised in units independent from employers, workers and their representatives, and from other persons. Further defines organisational structures and competences of the service.
