Abstract/Citation
Inter alia, amends s. 4(2)(a), which provides that a person employed in one country but working in the other for a period of less than 60 months shall continue to be covered by the laws of the country of origin as if he or she were still performing work in that country. Substitutes Chapter 2 of Part III containing provisions applicable to Canada (totalizing of various Canadian social security benefits.)
