Abstract/Citation: Defines duties and obligations of the State related to easing of consequences of unemployment, and to employment and working integration of unemployed persons or other persons seeking employment. Inter alia defines employment bodies and institutions and regulates conditions and forms of action against unemployment. Also establishes the Labour Fund and regulates how it functions. Published in Proclamation No. 128 of 28 February 1997 of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy.
