Abstract/Citation: With regard to the employment of foreigners, provides that the Minister of Labour shall determine the number of foreigners to be employed in Hungary. Determines the amount of the fine to be paid by the employer illegally employing a foreign citizen. The Labour Market Committee regulates the funds to be allocated from the Solidarity Fund of the Unemployed for the operation of the National and County labour centres. Details the conditions of payment of unemployment benefits. Regulates the preconditions for allocating retraining grants, school-leavers unemployment benefit and pre-pension unemployment benefit.
