Abstract/Citation: | The Act governs the establishment, membership, functioning and work of the Federation of Thai Industries, which is to act as the representative of industrial operators in the private sector. Ch. 3 spells out state control over the Federation, and s. 7 of Ch. 1 lists activities prohibited to it. Ch. 5 provides for penalties and Ch. 6 contains transitory provisions. |
