Abstract/Citation: Such a programm can be implemented at the enterprise level, if 25 percent of the employees employed for at least 6 months and working at least part-time so decide. An organization shall be set up at the level of the undertaking to monitor the programm. The organization shall be registered. Does not apply to financial and insurance companies.
