Concerns Slovenian citizens engaged in a labour relationship abroad who, coming back to Slovenia, cannot claim their right to unemployment benefit on another basis, and the spouses of Slovenian citizens employed abroad who were in a labour relationship before their departure. Provides for acquisition and extent of the rights and payment of contributions.
