Second Region

Provides for the opening of national offices for recruiting workers, both from abroad and from within, for employers in the national sector. Attached are the "Bylaws to regulate the National Recruiting Offices" which regulate application for recruitment and administration of recruitment offices. Inter alia, applicants for recruitment must be Kuwaiti and be 30 years of age. Recruiting offices are obliged to provide workers with a contract and are prohibited from demanding fees from employees.
