Abstract/Citation: Provides for the payment of Disability Allowance at half-rate to persons who reside in an institution otherwise than on a full-time basis for a specified number of days each week. In addition, provides for the payment of the allowance to persons who are temporarily resident outside of an institution while on holidays.
