Abstract/Citation: Determines the conditions for obtaining the status of unemployed school-leaver. The person shall be under 25 years of age (30 if he has a university degree) and shall comply with all requirements needed for commencing employment. He must be registered by the county or Budapest Labour Centre. The Labour Centre provides information on placement opportunities and on grants to promote employment at educational forum. It organises job-markets. On the basis of a cooperation plan, the Centre provides a service that is adapted to the individual assets of the unemployed school-leaver. The National Labour Council determines the range of vocational skills for which the unemployed school-leaver is entitled to obtain working experience and the range of training courses in which it supports the participation.
