Abstract/Citation
Section 3 abolishes the distinction between a misdemeanor and a felony. Sets forth definitions of and penalties for certain offences, including concealing or aiding an offence. S. 11 abolishes penal servitude, hard labour, and prison divisions; s. 12 abolishes corporal punishment.
