Abstract/Citation: Provides comprehensive regulations governing apprentices. Minimum age for apprentices is set at 16 years of age. Sets forth minimum requirements for entry into an apprenticeship and the form of apprenticeship contracts. Prohibits an employer from accepting any premium or other remunertation for hiring an apprentice.
