Abstract/Citation: Provides access to the public to information in the possession of public bodies and institutions. The Act shall not apply to personnel records of public bodies. The Act further allows heads of public bodies to review public access to records if such access would jeopardize national security, law enforcement, or commercial interests. Creates the post of an Information Commissioner, who shall review decisions relating to access to information.
