Second Region

Establishes the Labor Relations Commission which shall be composed of the Central Labor Relations Commission, the Regional Labor Relations Commission, and the Special Labor Relations Commission. The Commission shall be responsible for the adjustment of industrial disputes which fall under its jurisdiction.
