| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the Trade Unions Act so as to permit the the Minister to revoke certification of a trade union due to "overriding public interest." Prohibits persons who are not members of any trade union or who do not practice a profession which a trade union represents from participating in a union or the Central Labour Organisation. Schedule lists trade unions which are recognised and their respective jurisdictions. |
