Abstract/Citation
Sets forth customary punishment for violations of indigenous customary laws, including assault, sexual offences, theft, and breaches in relation to marital vows and burial customs. Inter alia, termination of betrothal without reason, sexual relations between unmarried persons, and marriage before an elder sibling shall be punishable by fines, haematic penalties, imprisonment, or customary amends of livestock.
