Abstract/Citation
Establishes a National Human Rights Commission, to be chaired by a retired Chief Justice or Justice of the Supreme Court. Persons who have worked for the Commission shall not be eligible for posts in the government. The Commission shall have the function of promoting human rights and investigating cases of human rights violations. The Commission shall have no jurisdiction in matters which fall under the Army Act.
