| Abstract/Citation: | Allows a pregnancy to be terminated upon request by a woman during the first 12 weeks of gestation and for periods thereafter under specified circumstances (e.g. malformation of the fetus, pregnancy as a result of rape or incest.) The State shall promote non-mandatory and non-directive couselling. |
