| Abstract/Citation: | Amends provisions of the Zimbabwe Constitution regarding definition of citizenship, especially for persons born outside of wedlock or adopted children. Also amends certain provisions relating to civil rights. A new preamble to section 11 provides for limitations on certain protections in the public interest; an amendment to section 23 prohibits discrimination based on sex unless such an action would be in the interest of defence, safety, or "public morality." |
