Abstract/Citation: Amends existing regulations governing employee exposure to methylene chloride. Reduces existing 8-hour time-weighted average exposure limits and short-term exposure limits. Also provides for exposure control, protective equipment, exposure monitoring, training, health surveillance, hazard communication and record keeping.
