| Abstract/Citation: | Establishes bases of cooperation with common goals, common market and common institutions for the countries which are part of the agreement (Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russian Federation, Tadjikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, and Georgia). Provides for the Community's structures, activities aims, legal status, composition of directive bodies, properties and finances, and procedure for termination of activity. Ratified by Decree No. 304 of 17 May 1996. |
