Abstract/Citation: Amends provisions of the Trade Unions Act by requiring employers to make deductions from the wages of every worker who is eligible to be a member of specified trade unions. These deductions shall be payable to the trade union, which in turn shall contribute 10 per cent of the contributions to the Central Labour Organisation. Lists labour unions which shall be officially registered with the Central Labour Organisation. Prohibits the question as to the validity of any act taken by a person or authority under the Trade Unions Act to be entertained by any court or tribunal.
