Abstract/Citation: Establishes a Child (Development and Rehabilitation) Fund which shall have the function of developing and implementing programmes to provide for the intellectual and physical development of children who belong to the age group prohibited from working, as well as children that had previously worked in an enterprise. Inter alia, such programmes shall include day-care centres for children of workers.
